Deals Rummy is a rummy variation of online Rummy that is played with a deck of cards and is popular in India. The Rummy game is typically played by two to six players, although it can be played with as many as eight players. The objective of Deals Rummy is to be the first player to dispose of all the cards in your hand by forming sets and sequences.

Deals Rummy is a fast and exciting rummy format where 1/2/3 rounds, or deals, are played between 2/4/6 players. The player with the lowest count at the end of 1/2/3 deals is the winner.

At the start of Deals Rummy, each player is dealt a set number of cards, and the remaining cards are placed face down on the table to form the stockpile. The discard pile is formed by turning over the top card of the stockpile and placing it next to it.

The player to the left of the dealer begins the game by drawing a card from either the stock pile or the discard pile. The player then has the option to meld (group) any eligible sets or sequences in their hand and place them face up on the table. The player can also choose to add cards to existing sets or sequences that have already been melded by other players.

Once a player has melded their cards, they must end their turn by discarding one card from their hand and placing it face up on the top of the discard pile. The next player then begins their turn by drawing a card and melding any eligible sets or sequences, and so on.

In Deals Rummy, a set is a group of three or four cards of the same rank, such as three kings or four fives. A sequence is a group of three or more cards of the same suit in consecutive order, such as three cards in a row of the same suit from four to six or ten to queen.

The game continues until one player has disposed of all the cards in their hand by melding them. That player then wins the game. If the stockpile runs out of cards before any player has won, the game is considered a draw, and no points are awarded.

Half count in case of deal show is not available in 2 /3 deal Rummy Games but 50% of the entry amount is deducted from the rest of the players in 1 deal.

In 2/3 deals games, players will have no option to drop or middle drop. However, when the player doesn't take any action in the given time, it will be time-dropped with a full count score and will be shown as a drop/middle drop in the result window.

In a 1 deal game, the player will have an initial drop with .3X Entry Amount.

Points are awarded in 2/3 Deals Rummy based on the cards that each player has remaining in their hand at the end of the game. Each card has a specific point value, with face cards and aces being worth the most points and low cards such as twos and threes being worth the least. The player with the fewest points at the end of the game is the winner, whereas in 1 Deal Rummy, the winner takes all.

There are several variations of Deals Rummy that can be played, including the traditional version of the game, as well as versions that include jokers and other wild cards. In some versions of the game, players are allowed to use jokers as substitutes for any card in a set or sequence.

Deals Rummy is a popular card game in India and is played by people of all ages. Indian Rummy is a simple game that can be learned quickly, but it requires strategy and skill to play well. The game is often played for money, but it can also be played just for fun with friends and family. Play Rummy online and experience the best of Deals Rummy only on the A23 Rummy app.

Rules to Play Deal Rummy on A23 Rules

A23 will, at all times, consider the best interests of the game and fairness as the top priorities in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate decisions in the interest of fairness that take priority over technical rules.

All events will commence on time, as specified in the Tournament Lobby. A23 maintains the right to postpone or cancel a competition at any time. However, most tournaments will not begin if there are fewer than 25% of the maximum registrations allowed for that tourney. In such a scenario, tournaments will be cancelled and the entry fee paid by the participants will be refunded.

Important information about each tournament, including the structure, length of rounds, re-entry and break information, can be found by clicking the 'Details' button in the tournament lobby. A23 reserves the right to change the parameters of any tournament at any time without prior notice.

Seating

Seats are assigned at random. Seat changes are not permitted. Tournament tables are collapsed and merged frequently to avoid any chances of collusion.

Entry

Entry into a tournament can be Free or Paid. You must have funds available in your account balance to Register for a Paid Tournament. The Entry will be deducted from your account balance as soon as registration is successful. The Rake will be deducted from the final prize pool.

Tournament Drop

Drop = 10 x entry
Middle Drop = 30 x entry
Max Count = 80 x entry
Half Count: In the case of Deal Show, count for players who have not played yet will be Half Count

Levels & Level Duration

A Tournament may have different Levels and different entry amounts per level. This information is available in the Tournament lobby, and level durations may differ. All players begin the first level of the tournament with an equal number of T-Chips.

Elimination

As for Multi-Table Tournament:

Players are eliminated when the number of T Chips they have is less than the maximum count multiplied by the entry amount of the current Level.

Each Tournament Level requires you to have a minimum T-Chip balance in order to qualify for the next level. You will be eliminated from the tournament if you fail to do so.

Re-entry

Players can choose to re-enter the Tournament at the same level. The Re-entry amount for the level will vary depending on the level one is adding to and will be deducted from the player's account balance. Each tournament might have a different Re-entry amount for different levels.

In order to be eligible for Re-entry into a Tournament, you must have a sufficient cash balance in your A23 account. Players without sufficient funds remaining in their account will not be able to Qualify for the next Level.

When a player's T.Chip balance falls below the minimum balance required to continue in the same Level (or Qualify for the Next Level), the player will be prompted to Re-enter to stay in the tournament. Just after Re-entry, players can start playing without having to wait for the next level to begin. This will be valid for all Levels except the last Level, where one can Re-enter only during the Break before the Final level.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as stated in the Tournament Lobby, except when a tournament is cancelled. The prize structure depends on several factors, including the number of entrants and if it is meant to be a guaranteed payout.

However, winnings from tournaments under the Freeroll tab will be added to your redeemable balance only upon the amount used to play the tourney winnings at least once.

Tourney Ranking System

Rankings will be decided based on the player's Tourney chips and Tourney level. A Player with higher T.Chips and level will be awarded a higher rank.

Example 1:

There are two players with T.Chips of 3000 and 4000, respectively, and both have reached the final level of the tourney. So the player with 4000 T.chips will get a higher rank.

Example 2:

There are two players with T.chips 2000 and 3000, respectively. A player with 3000 T.chips is eliminated from the previous level, and a player with 2000 T.chips has reached the final level.

Here, the player with 2000 T.chips will be awarded a higher rank than the other player who has failed to reach the final level.

Note: If Two players are assigned the first rank, then the sum total of the 1st and 2nd prize amounts will be equally distributed between the two players. After this, the 2nd rank will be skipped, and the ranking will continue from the 3rd rank.

Participation

You cannot cancel your registration from a Tournament after the tournament starts.

Players are only allowed to participate in a tournament once. Using multiple accounts to enter multiple times into a single tournament may result in a warning, disqualification from the tournament, partial or full forfeiture of winnings, and barring from A23.

Players who registered for a tournament but were not online at the scheduled start time will be treated as a Drop for every turn missed. In addition, players will be removed from tournaments if they do not login and play within 5 minutes of their scheduled start time.

Break

The break schedule for a tournament can be found on the Tournament Lobby Page and is the difference between the Start Time and End Time of the levels. A new hand will not start if there is only 1 minute remaining before break start time.

Disconnection

By participating in a tournament, a player accepts the risk of Internet disconnection due to problems with the connection between their computer and the servers, lag, freezing, or some other problem with the player's computer or the Internet. A23 does not accept any responsibility for a player being disconnected while in a Tournament, except in the case of a server crash.

While each user is responsible for his or her own Internet connection, A23 makes an effort to protect players who are disconnected, and Auto Play will be available for 3 rounds, after which the game will be middle-dropped. During this time, if another player makes a successful show, the disconnected player will be considered middle-dropped.

Unethical Play

Rummy is an individual (not a team) game. Any action intended to help another player is unethical and prohibited. Unethical play, such as playing less aggressively against a partner and chip dumping (intentionally losing chips to a partner), may result in account suspension, including seizure of funds from the offender's account and/or termination of the account. A23 routinely reviews gameplay to look for violations of our rules and to ensure the integrity of our games. It may be necessary to withhold player winnings until the completion of gameplay reviews.

In a scenario where there are more than or equal to 2 wrong shows in a round, the winner of that round will be awarded only the initial drop value for the wrong shows and not the full count.

In a scenario where the last group saved card count is less than the melded card count, then the system would consider the last group saved card count, not the melded card count.

Server Issues

In special circumstances, when a tournament needs to be canceled because of a crash or some other reason, participating players will be communicated with alternate Tournament Details and/or a refund of Tournament Entry + Re-entry amounts.
